The Yamaha Nmax is one of our two most popular scooters, alongside the Honda PCX. With a 155cc automatic engine, it has noticeably more power than the GT 125 and is a comfortable choice for two adults riding together.
Best for two-up riding, longer trips beyond central Pattaya, and riders who want a bit more power and presence than an entry-level scooter.
The extra engine capacity over the GT 125 makes a real difference on longer rides - out to Jomtien, Na Jomtien, or further afield for a day trip - and the Nmax's maxi-scooter build gives a comfortable, stable ride with useful under-seat storage.
Every Nmax comes with a helmet and the compulsory government insurance (Po Lo Bo), covering basic medical costs. You'll need your original passport, a valid driving license and a 1000 baht cash deposit to rent, the same as every bike in our fleet.
